Remember our friends that were lost July 13, 2004 on  
Regional One  Air Medical Service

July 13, 2004 - Regional One Air Medical Service suffered a loss of three  crew members and a patient in a helicopter crash at 0545 a.m. This occurred shortly after taking off from a scene flight in Newberry County (S.C.) en-route back to Spartanburg Regional Medical Center.
